Christian Happy Homes are located in –
- Chiangrai, Thailand
- Chiangsaen, Thailand
- Thoeng, Thailand
- Phang Nga, Thailand
- Poipet, Cambodia
- MMF School is a primary school, serving children grades kindergarten to 4th grade, in an urban slum of Poipet City in Cambodia. The school is staffed by Christian teachers from the local area, who have a heart for teaching the children and a goal to provide quality basic education for children and to teach the community the value of education.
Alumni Ministries – The legacy of Christian Happy Homes… Since 1981, Mercy Ministries Foundation has raised up children as a nation for Jesus Christ. Many of these children have graduated from Christian Happy Home and are now godly men and women pursuing their calling to serve as Pastors, Christian youth leaders, missionaries, sports evangelists, church leadership, Bible teachers, etc. Mercy Force International desires to provide encouragement and support to the alumni “graduates” of Mercy Ministries Foundation. Two of the alumni that Mercy Force International is actively partnering with include:
o Pon & Karuna Lerdsermsup, Clay Center Ministry – Raised as children at Christian Happy Home in Chiangsaen, they accepted the Lord at a young age and later became “high school sweethearts”. Today, they are married, raising their 3 children, and serving as sports evangelists. This Christmas, they will return to their village to share the love of Jesus by distributing hundreds of blankets, sweaters and care-packages for those suffering with HIV/AIDS.
o Apisit Seksantisakul aka “Pastor Mark” – One of the first children to arrive Christian Happy Home, Pastor Mark holds Master’s degrees from Chiang Mai University and Bangkok Bible Seminary. He is from the Hmong tribe and has a passion to serve the ethnic minority communities. Through the church that Pastor Mark founded, Suk San Pan Church, Pastor Mark and his team are building a Women’s Training Center to provide spiritual development and vocational training for ethnic minority women from the countries of Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam.
